Understanding organisations through cultural analysis
The success and wellbeing that a person enjoys within an organisation is subject to the coherence of their beliefs and operational styles with their surrounding context. It is difficult to get on or succeed in what we set out to do if we are not mentally aligned with our environment.
It is even more essential for managers to take into account the 'culture' of the organisation when making decisions aimed at introducing changes, new strategies, and new human resource management policies.
Anybody working within an organisation knows that a certain degree of compatibility with the culture of the organisation is necessary for managerial decisions to be accepted and effective.
